The Creative Process is part of the innovation process on which much of organizational success depends. The more creative employees are, the more likely it is for organizations to continually innovate, either in their products or in their processes.
We should therefore ensure that organizations foster an environment that enhances creativity. An environment in which employees have access to appropriate creativity tools and techniques so they can use all their creative potential.
